End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of software, integrations, and services provided by Reliant Electrical and Automation Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) that interact with QuickBooks® and other financial software platforms.
By connecting your QuickBooks account or using any associated integration services provided by Reliant Electrical & Automation, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
1. Description of the Service
Reliant Electrical and Automation Inc. provides software integrations and tools that allow users to connect their QuickBooks account with internal systems, automation workflows, reporting tools, or related operational software.
The purpose of these services may include:
- synchronizing customer information
- processing invoices or payment records
- transferring financial or operational data
- automating business workflows
These services are provided to improve operational efficiency and data synchronization.
2. User Authorization
By connecting your QuickBooks account to our application, you authorize Reliant Electrical and Automation Inc. to access specific QuickBooks data as permitted through the Intuit authorization process.
The data accessed may include, but is not limited to:
- customer records
- invoices
- payment records
- company information
- accounting metadata required for synchronization
Access is granted only through the secure OAuth authorization process provided by Intuit.
3. Data Usage
Reliant Electrical and Automation Inc. will use QuickBooks data solely for the purpose of providing the services described in this Agreement.
We do not sell, distribute, or otherwise disclose QuickBooks data to third parties except:
- as required to operate the service
- as required by law
- with explicit user authorization
All reasonable measures are taken to protect the confidentiality and integrity of user data.
4. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable safeguards designed to protect data transmitted through our systems.
However, no internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. By using this service, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with online data transmission.
Users remain responsible for maintaining the security of their QuickBooks credentials and associated accounts.
5. Service Availability
Reliant Electrical and Automation Inc. does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the integration services. Service interruptions may occur due to:
- system maintenance
- QuickBooks platform changes
- network outages
- third-party service disruptions
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain system availability.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reliant Electrical and Automation Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this integration service.
Users are responsible for verifying financial data and accounting records within QuickBooks before relying on automated synchronization.
7. Termination
Users may revoke QuickBooks access at any time through the QuickBooks application authorization settings.
Reliant Electrical & Automation reserves the right to terminate access to the integration service if misuse, security risks, or violation of this Agreement are detected.
8. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
